What’s the best apartment in Nashville?
I get this question a lot and the answer is always the same.

Is your service really free?
100%. As an Apartment Locator I’m a licensed real estate agent that works exclusively with helping people find apartments. There are no hidden fees and it doesn’t affect the price of your rent. You pay the apartments the exact same as someone who did the search all on their own.

Our primary focus is professionally managed apartment communities due to their established policies and procedures. We occasionally have individual landlords or property management companies contact us notifying us what they have available, but we don’t actively search for private rentals or houses.
What if I can’t come to Nashville to search for an apartment?
No worries! We help plenty of people that don’t have the ability to physically come to Nashville to shop for their apartment. We can review everything virtually (Google Hangouts, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) and I can arrange virtual tours with the leasing offices or I stop by in your place to grab photos/videos and video chat to get you as much information as possible on your options.
What if I’m concerned about my [credit, background, rental history, etc.]?
