We chat about your search
We schedule a time for you to tell me all about your search, about 15 minutes over the phone or video chat, for me to get an idea of exactly what you’re looking for in your next apartment. I’ll take that info to research the Nashville apartment market for you.
We review your options (In-person/virtual)
We review your options, in-person at our office or virtually, where we discuss everything about each one. I’ll tell you about the price, availability, fees, specials, management, reviews, neighborhoods, what my previous clients have to say about living there, etc. to help you narrow down your potential options to your absolute favorites.
We tour your favorites!
We go tour your favorites, or I stop by in your place to grab videos/video chat if you can’t make it in person, to make sure that it deserves being called your next home! You focus on taking it all in while I jot down notes and grab pictures/videos for you.
