Hi, I’m Andres.
I grew up in Nashville, have worked in real estate here since 2013, and have been locating apartments since 2019. My job is to save you the time, the guesswork and the wasted tours.
What I do for you
A short list that fits
I pull your top 10 from communities across the city, then we narrow it to your top 3 together.
Current pricing & specials
Up-to-date rents, move-in specials and fees, so you can compare apples to apples.
Tours, with you or for you
I set up the tours, or tour for you on live video if you can’t make it to Nashville.
Honest opinions
Straight answers on buildings, management and neighborhoods from someone who lives here.
Help applying
I help you through the application and approval, and stay with you through move-in.
Free to you
Communities pay my referral fee. Your rent and fees are the same as going direct.
Nashville Apartment Locators
I’m a licensed agent with Nashville Apartment Locators, which partners with apartment communities across Middle Tennessee.
Tell me what you need. I’ll do the searching.
