Yes. Apartment communities pay me a referral fee after you sign your lease. Your rent and fees are the same as if you went direct.
How is this different from Zillow or Apartments.com?
Those sites show you everything. I show you the few places that actually fit, with current pricing and specials, and I tell you which ones are worth a tour.
Can you help if I’m moving from out of state?
Yes. Nearly half the people I help find their apartment remotely. I tour units for you on live video and give you honest notes on the building and the area.
When should I reach out?
Ideally 30–60 days before your move-in date, when apartments open up for your timeline. Earlier is fine if you’re still planning.
What do you need from me?
Your budget, move-in date, the areas you like and your must-haves. If you have credit or rental history concerns, tell me up front so I can point you to places that will approve you.
